They came with chinese instructions so i used google lens to translate it. The instructions are simple enough. I used one on my son today as he hadn't 'been' for 4 days. Within 30 minutes he was running for the toilet faster than Mo Farrah trying for gold and nearly blew a hole in the porcelain. Total clearout established.I would recommend this product, just be warned DO NOT GO FAR FROM A TOILET AFTER TAKING IT.

Very efficient
Worked very fast for my 3 year old. Used half a tube and it worked within around 15 minutes. Now he’s feeling much better. Would recommend.
