I have been buying this for a while and, along a healthy diet and regular exercise, it has helped me maintain my weight - can't really complain! Also good price and quality so will keep purchasing and recommending.

I've bought two lots of these now and they are, in my experience and opinion, the best Green Tea supplements around. I've tried others from Amazon and noticed less of a difference. With these I felt I had more energy, I've not felt ill or caught any bugs since taking them, I feel less bloated and generally feel better and more lively. When I tried another type and then came back to these I really noticed the difference, these are well worth the money.

These are not the best but still pretty good green tea supplements at a fair price. They have a slightly iffy taste but most of this type of supplement does. They swallow easy enough as they are capsules. If you order these they will do the job and you could do much worse. They are of quite a good strength and appear to be the real deal.

Not really a review as it is difficult to quantify the effects of supplements. This one is regulated, so it is probably not an issue, however studies have found that Green Tea (in high doses, not the drink), Turmeric, Black Cohosh and ashwagandha can be harmful to some people, causing low white blood cell counts and potentially Liver Damage. So although most supplements are safe it is always best to check with a GP or Pharmacist before taking anything, especially as people who take supplements also take prescription drugs that may interact.

I have just started taking them and I have cut my food intake down. I don't keep falling asleep for an afternoon nap lol. I am more awake and I am a coffee drinker. They don't taste of anything and are easy to swallow. I will buy the product again and I like that it is natural. I am in my menopause so needed to boost my metabolism, it seems to be working. I have more energy to get things done now.

As a diet controlled T2 diabetic this item is a repeat purchase for me as green tea helps to control my blood sugars. Product always arrives promptly from the seller and quality of the product is constantly high. Good value too.

Ideal 3 doses per day in tablet for which is easy to plan and execute. The flat container makes portability easier than a traditional bottle container. Highly recommended.

I have been taking taking green tea supplements for a short while to help with weight management. It appears to be a good quality product and along with a healthy diet and exercise, they are helping me lose weight steadily. I don't believe they would help with weight management alone, without other changes to your diet.
