Giving it 5 stars very impressed with the packaging and once I opened it amazing. The carrier case very nice heavy duty plastic. Toothbrush nicely made. For the price a very good investment, so let's talk about the price. I just bought this less than 24 hrs ago, the price has dropped by 25% . In order to get the product for the sale price Amazon is having me return it and re buy the item in order to get the lower price. Amazon doesn't price adjust. Why go through all of that? save us both having to take unnecessary steps for having to do all that and just price adjust and refund the difference without having to return and re buy. Other than that can't wait to start using it and to see if it was a good investment. Only thing is I wish the toothbrush heads had a cover like they have in the picture and wish it came with a charging block. Update in 14 days!

Love this for my daughter who has gum issues from brushing too hard. But, she has now lost the charging cord! Where can I locate a replacement charging cord??
