If you sleep on your side this pillow isn't for you, unless you like only being able to use 1 corner of the pillow. It's also very, very,. very hard. Not even a little bit of give for comfort. My neck didn't feel any better after 3 nights trying to get sleep. I wouldn't buy this pillow.

I've struggled with sore neck muscles for quite a while and my chiropractor recommended this pillow. I am a 5'7" tall, female of average weight and build with a slightly shorter neck than usual. Chiropractor said to find the smallest one I could find, even a child-sized pillow would probably work.I specifically ordered this "medium" pillow (which was the smallest size available) and if the area supporting my neck were an inch or so shorter, it would be perfect (hence my 4 stars).That being said, it is certainly better than the larger linear gravity pillow I previously had and better than other pillows I've tried. Most pillows have your head too far forward and your neck in flexion, which is bad for neck pain. This pillow corrects that.

I have purchased several of these before finding the right one. The size is perfect for me and best of all the neck support and the dip where the back of the head rests are exactly right. The pillow itself is firm and supportive without being too hard. A++

My chiropractor had provided one of these pillows to me 8 years ago I totally loved it When my dad was having neck pain I ordered one for him. We we both love it. I generally pack mine to travel wherever I go so that I that I am always with amazing comfort. So I ordered this 1 and I love it because because not only is it therapeutic but it has a cooling feature to keep you so comfortable oh my gosh they couldn't have have added more comfort than this!

This pillow does not smother me when I sleep on my side and keeps my neck aligned. I don't need to adjust it during the night when turning over in my sleep.
