Probably perfect for a man, but as a slim woman I find them too big and they slip down even though I was wearing layers.

The media could not be loaded.  Nice lights with 2 flashing and 1 steady mode. Also came with a pair of elasticated reflective bands. The light bands worked fine initially but now after a couple of months 1 does not get as bright as the other and dims to nothing by the end of my 45 mins run. Both sets of bands have velcro but even in the lowest setting i have found them both too large and will slip off when I walk and my arm is down. When running my arms are at an angle and that just about keeps them up. I also found to my dismay that the velcro on the elasticated bands rubbed a hole in my thin running top. Whilst not perfect I would have kept them if the light hadn't already started fading on one of the bands.

Not bright as you would expect

I cycle quite a bit late in the evening as the roads are quiet and it's very peaceful. Inspired to buy a pair of these from seeing an otherwise invisible dog wearing one as a dog collar, they may have already prevented a serious accident. Cycling past some houses in light rain in the dark, I was aware of a woman running along the pavement slightly in front of me who I thought was out for a run. With no notice the woman then turned to run across the road just as I drew next to her, just managing to stop inches from running straight into me. I can't say for sure it was the flashing armbands she saw first, but for sure I shant cycle in the dark ever again without them.

Does what it says? The reflective ones aren’t as adjustable but still good

Great but only one of them worked. Does the job but check both lights work before you use.

These are absolutely brilliant, I love that they are rechargeable, they have different settings which are effective when out walking the dog along the country lanes! I would recommend for walkers and runners. Also delivery was quick and bargain price for two armbands.

They work as should but note the size on the faint picture and not the look of the product on someone upper arm only fit for a child
