Deceit or Incompetence?
I ordered the 12 count, 12" version of this product which came out to be about $54. A day later I received one softball instead of the 12 I paid for. I did a swap and input my concerns in the comment section identifying the mistake and it was all in vain. I again received 1 softball. This is completely unacceptable for all of the reasons above plus there is no option to purchase just 1 softball. The options are 6 and 12. Buy at your own risk. Complete waste of time.
