Great as an initial training for shop floor operators and area manager's team activities.
This is a great booklet to use for initial training of your work force operators in the topif of TPM Team activities. I would recommend this for shop floor managers to use to train their individual work teams. It covers the key concepts of TPM according to the JIPM Excellence format, and explains the 7 key steps for Autonomous Maintenance.
