I read the introduction, chapter 1, and chapter 10. I predicted I would more than likely engage myself in those particular chapters since I was looking for validation for my work life. I ended up going back and reading the entire book. I found the book relatable, and it gave me relief from my work situation and the things that we pass through in life. I once wondered, ‘Have I completed what I set out to do?’, ‘Do they expect us to work with unrealistic goals?’ ‘Do I feel accomplished?' This was a very enlightening read. Trust your employees and yourself to have well-defined goals and empower them with their goals and tasks. Trust goes a long way toward communication and hard work.

Really amazing read! As a service provider who runs my own business and also as salesperson who spent 20 years in corporate America I have had to learn tactics, the right way to build trust. I wish I had this resource available to me then but am grateful to be reading it now.The book is really easy read and quick. The book provided great tips in how to develop trust. Concepts could be used by any leader, employee, sales person, or anyone really on a daily basis. It opened my eyes at so many levels.

I'm one who has researched and read many self help literature with a goal of taking away another perspectives in my own personal growth in life & career path.
