Osaka provide superb customer service in contacting me to set up delivery of our Osaki massage chair. The Osaki customer service representative was very helpful, knowledgeable and ensured all my questions were answered regarding the Osaki massage chairs capabilities, setting up the delivery day, and what to expect on delivery day with the third party delivery service.

I purchased a titan chair and had the unit for 12 years a thought I would get an upgrade it listed for 5800 and was on sale for 2700 do i purchase it. got the chair two years ago and had the unit serviced twice . It’s not made the same as my last chair I would choose a better option . I am afraid it will break again and I will have to buy another one .

First of all, been using it for a few months, it's a fine massage chair but on the rough side that you might need to get used to. Look up Titan Arco HD for more fair reviews.The bad rating is because of the dimension picture is aboslutely wrong, so the chair now stays at the living room that I don't want it to be. I bought this chair because it said it's 29" wide which should fit a corridor opening to move it into my bedroom. No, it's wider than that. Attached the picture of the dimension printed on the box (it's not box dimension as I've measured to confirm the devliery box size) and my actual measurement is at least 31" side panel to side panel.The chair came preassembled, which is a good thing for some people, so there is no obvious way to take the side panels off (and in fact, the sides and back seems to be one piece). Contacted the customer service, they said it's preassembled and cannot take the panel off. I can't believe that is true, otherwise, how do their technicians do repair under warranty?If you have a tight opening or door to go through, get a chair that can take the side panels off.Here are more thoughts on it:1. The back rollers and all airbags are definitely strong which I prefer. You can put some blanket or cushion to make a massage chair weaker but you can't make a weaker chair to be stronger.2. The seat is narrow. Don't expect to fit comfortably if you're like 200lbs or 6' tall.2. The calf roller is pretty much for show. It can barely touch your calf back.3. The airbigs for the calf sides and feet are very strong. They tighly clamp on your leg and feet. I like that but my wife does not.4. The bluetooth speaker quality is below average, better to use a headphone.
