Its cheap and cheap fix for legal requirements
I do some photography on a part time basis and needed a quick fix for insurance purposes. It's certainly bright and you won't be missed. Also required when driving in France. Its the lightest one I've come across which is good for summer work. fit is ok. A keeper just think florescent green would have been a better choice.
