I purchased the Contigo Leighton Kids Water Bottles for my toddlers last year, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! These bottles have been a game changer for us. First off, they are completely leak-proof, which is a must when you have little ones running around. I’ve tossed them in bags, taken them on car rides, and even let the kids play with them, and there hasn’t been a single spill. This has saved us from countless messes! The durability is impressive too. After a year of daily use, these bottles are still holding up strong with no signs of wear or damage. The design is kid-friendly, easy for small hands to grip, and the fun colors make them appealing to my toddlers. Overall, I highly recommend the Contigo Leighton Kids Water Bottles to any parent looking for reliable, leak-proof hydration solutions for their children. They’ve truly exceeded my expectations!

These are great and really don't leak! Cute patterns and easy to clean! Nice fit for little hands but holds enough volume to take on a car ride.

Lemme start by saying. I am a nobody lol. I searched and found this cup on my own. I paid for it. Thank god it’s affordable! Or I wouldn’t have been able to. And I’m just an actual real life mama of 2. An actual real review lol. I LOVE this cup!!!! Finally found one that my son can’t make gross or easily destroy lol. No leaks! No spills! &&& my son can not fit food inside the straw. He’s chewed all over the straw and it’s still just fine!!! Scratched up lol yeah. But NOT SQUISHED!!!!!! At all. Not even a little!!! And y’all. My boy is a ROUGH boys boy lol.🥲. If you tip the cup upside down immediately after taking a drink… a couple leftover drops will come out but THATS IT! Seals right back up to leak proof. Which is the actual reason I wanted to try this one lol. My son is a mix of Donny Thornberry &&& baby Jack Jack. He’s about to be 4 next month &&& we’ve had this cup for at least 7 months or more. And still going strong!!! He throws it. Steps on it. Chews on it. Lol. Everything you DONT want to happen….. he tries. But he has not yet ruined this cup. Great price. Great quality. Easy to keep clean and sanitized. (We also have it solely as his water cup). Will def buy another when the time comes. The ONLY thing that could make it better. Was if it were insulated. But honestly. We live in FLORIDA and haven’t had an issue with his drinks getting warm. No warmer than room temp and that’s just fine. I always have my insulated things to refill his or toss some ice in. Doesn’t sweat badly either! Great great cup! Even at zoos. Walks. Parks. Water parks. Theme parks. Hasn’t been an issue. But is a nice add. I’ll upgrade if I see one

I have to say that all of the cups from Contigo are amazing. I don’t have to worry about leaks, spills or losing any pieces. The straw cups are great for our toddler!! Even the flip top spout cups are amazing (we have 7) which is what convinced me to try to the straw cup. Easy to assemble, easy to take apart to clean, make sure you have a straw cleaner and you’re gold! I recommend these to any mom I talk to!!

My criteria for a bottle/tumbler was strict: Leakproof, toddler-proof, not a lot of fussy parts to wash, NO nooks and crannies that grow mold, and no issues with air pressure (which will force liquid to spurt up out of the straw when you put a lid on, and make it difficult to suck from, etc). These are as close as I can imagine to the above in existence— not utter perfection, but very close. Kiddo can turn them every which way, bang and shake, and they don’t leak. They only have 3 parts: (1) the lid, on which the drinking spout is completely fused; (2) a silicone diaphragm that fits up under the lid, which creates a seal between the cup and lid, and has a spout that the straw fits into. That spout has a valve that only allows liquid through when sucked. Lastly (3), a hard plastic straw. No nooks and crannies, hallelujah! So far we’ve gotten everything quite clean in the dishwasher, though mayyyybe the valve or straw may occasionally benefit from a soak or a quick brush with a straw cleaner (not included). A tiny air vent hole in the lid and corresponding one in the diaphragm relieve air pressure perfectly (make sure they are aligned or it’s less effective). My 2-year old is a typical experimenter, so if there was a great way to get a lot of liquid out, he would have figured it out. The two weaknesses I’d identify are (1) the seemingly unsolvable problem: you CAN still spill any liquid that is sitting IN the straw above the valve— about a teaspoon? All toddlers think this is awesome and will work to dispense it. If there is a design that prevents this without causing the aforementioned nooks and crannies or air pressure issues, no one has yet figured it out. (2) I do wish that the lid tightened a little harder. It has a stop point, which may be to prevent damaging the silicone diaphragm, but I’d like it just a liiiiitle tighter. My kids’ hands are way too small to get the proper grip on the lid, but otherwise I honestly think they might be able to muscle it open. What caused it I don’t know, but once I had two of these that fell to their sides inside a lunch bag and over several hours leaked more than I thought they could. So I’d say only store them UPRIGHT. So maybe not the cup to toss into a beach bag, but SO great for everyday use, for liquids other than water, to use in the car, etc. Huge win!

These are our very favorite cups, and I have tried them alllll. These are the most leak proof cups we own. Very high quality and have stood up to several drops. Worth noting, the straw is solid, not soft and flexible, so it might not be suitable for younger babies learning hand and mouth control.

I’ve tried a lot of water bottles for my little ones, and these are by far the best. The spout is easy for them to use, and the design prevents spills—even when tossed in a bag. Durable, dishwasher-safe, and cute. What more could you ask for?

Love all these cups. They are easy to clean and tank apart. They also don’t grow mold like some other cups I’ve used. These are the only cups I use now for my kids. Between their ages and having 2 large dogs that don’t understand boundaries, these cups never spill or leak. I have about 10 of them.

Not exactly spill proof but it’s not bad

Amazing airtight cup, no leaking. My 4.5 year old loves it. Sturdy, holds a lot and does not leak. Cleaning is easy. Price point is good. I would recommend.
