Pierre Hermé: Chocolate

Beautiful book

A sweet treat! Not an -academy- book .... but amazing and delicious like a chocolate dessert! Loved it!

More a picture book, with some beautiful chocolate pictures. As a recipe book, it is not a very good book. Most recipes we tried so far has mistakes in quantities and are not easy to follow. Will not recomend it unless you are a big fan.

I excpecting better book. Many photos for nothing. Like photografer exhibition.

The most disappointing herme book to date

So many photos so little to read about..

only dark photos. New nothing.

El libro es sencillamente exquisito en todo sentido. Primero por tener más de 30 creaciones del grandioso Pierre Hermé, y segundo porque la fotografía de Sergio Coimbra es otra obra de arte.Soy “adicta” a los libros en general. Los libros de cocina son una de mis más grandes aficiones. Este libro es IMPERDIBLE para quien gusta de la repostería, del universo creativo de un genio como Pierre Hermé y del trabajo de un grandioso fotógrafo. No se arrepentirán de agregar esta belleza a su librería.

Omg my husband gave me this for Xmas and I love it not only pictures are amazing but recipes are well explained and seems easy to make, I will try after New Years.

I did not realise that this book was mostly based on photographs of chocolate. Very few recipes and seems like more of a photograph exhibition.

En cuanto al artista es el mejor, pero el libro no es nada del otro mundo, es mas, me ha decepcionado, ya q no aporta nada nuevo a lo q hay en otros libros suyos, mas teniendo el cuenta el precio.
