I should have ordered these ages ago. I always hated high heels because they were unbearably uncomfortable. I had a lot of blisters, so a friend of mine recommended to try heel cushions so I gave them a try. They completely change the whole experience, my shoes are a lot more comfy. I wish the adhesives were stickier because they move around a little bit whilst walking. But overall good quality, and it is a must have if you need to work in formal shoes, maybe heels.

Not bad overall, but there are some problems with the fit.They tend to be too slim right in the middle, holding on the the sides your tendon instead. Not a major issue, but can make it uncomfortable over long periods.The only real problem is the adhesive. Whilst they do come off relatively cleanly, they tend to simply fall off as well. I'm not sure if it's because of heat or moisture, having worn these in Mexican humidity, but they can, at random, fall off.If you're stuck and need something quick, these should see you through. But don't expect them to work miracles, and carry spares in your pocket.

Fitted the shoe perfectly and good sticking power soft and comfortable on heel excellent value for money

Recently started a new job and purchased several pairs of formal shoes to wear. Needless to say they were all riding the back of my heel and causing constant pain, these heel pads have made the world of difference. Does what it says in the tin!

I think there maybe a better alternative to this item

Comfortable, practical and easy to fit. I can now wear my favourite shoes!

If I could give it zero stars I would it made no difference to my shoe and in some case made my heel hurt more. Would not encourage you to buy. However the Customer support was amazing they refunded me before I had ask so that desveres 2 stars
