The media could not be loaded. The band is a nice touch to my whoop. It makes the Whoop feel more like a stylish accessory.I was worried that the metal would show scratches as I use it for the gym as well, but so far it still looks like new and I’ve had it for almost 2 months (daily wear).Have also used it in the pool and the band dries very quickly.Is this a must? Absolutely not. But it makes me want to wear the Whoop more than the original band did!

The product came as specified and was easier to change out with the directions provide. Well worth the money.

I've never really worn an apple watch or fitbit or anything like that, but got a Whoop to monitor my stress and sleep performance. It does take some time to start gathering data, but once you've worn it enough it gives you great insights into how your daily life impacts your metrics. I do the daily journal and tell it EVERYTHING, including how long I'm on video calls through the day, etc. and after a certain amount of entries it tells me if that helps or hurts my recovery. I don't work out a lot, but just wearing it has helped me be more conscious of my choices throughout the day. Definitely worth the membership!
