paper vs. plastic
I was amazed when I took the old cabin filter installed from an oil change place. It was nothing but a cheap cardboard frame and very flimsy accordion paper. My surprise when I opened the heavy-duty plastic with a grid and filter to replace it. I'd say first quality for this company.
