And, yes it matters even if you don't eat it.** A: I'm fairly certain this is gluten-free since what I have is the cream, and it consists of horse chestnut seed extract, 20% aecin, butcher's broom leaf extract, which hazel bark extract, oak bark extract, myrrh gum extract, and rosemary leaf oil. Therefore, yes I would say the cream portion is gluten free. I don't know if it comes in capsule form. **Q: Will this help with redness too? And can I use it on my hands** A: YES. I use it on my hands. I did so just to see if it worked. I had terribly itchy hands and within a short time it helped so much. I use it on my feet as well.
