Treat them as a crispbread rather than a conventional roll. These are actually softer than the Pagen ones (which I love) and less crispy, so they don't shatter when you bite into them, which does have the advantage of a less messy eating experience.I think the flavour is pretty good for a low-carb flour, and the nutty texture, which I assume is from the sunflower seeds, is rather nice. If you're counting how many you get, one of my two bags was 250g with 24 rolls and the other was 240g with 23 rolls. As other reviewers have said, they're best with plenty of butter and a hunk of Cheddar on top. You can also break them up and use them on salads or soup as croutons.If I had to eat low carb, I'd find these a great substitute, but they're okay even if you're not doing keto. They are much thicker than a regular cracker and as usual, they taste nothing like a bread cracker. The trick is to put something on them with a strong flavour so it disguises them.
