UPDATE. It took me way too long to get back here and update my review, but here it finally is. I am changing the original 3 stars to 5. Within 24 hours of leaving my 3-star review expressing my disappointment that such an expensive bag didn’t even last a full year, I had an email from the company saying how sorry they were and how they wanted to make it right. There had been some bags that had the same issue of the strap breaking, and they were willing to replace the bag for me. I gave them my address and in less than 48 hours, my new bag was at my front door. The new bag is exactly the same, but it came with a dust jacket, which was a pleasant bonus as my original did not. I immediately inspected the straps and could easily see that the new bag had reinforced stitching that would hold up much better. I am so pleased with this bag, this company, and the customer service they provide. Definitely would recommend. (Included a comparison photo of the original bag stitching on the straps to the new bag where the stitching is obviously much more enforced.)(Original review) I got this bag in March 2019 for when I went back to work in April 2019. It fits my Spectra S1 nicely. I also carried two sets of pump parts, two extra 5 oz pump bottles, and a pumping bra and burp rag. The other side pocket held a few travel-size toiletries, and the front pocket held my wallet, phone charger, and headphones for easy access. There’s no way a laptop could fit in this bag with all my other supplies. A small tablet maybe, but not a laptop. My lunch is carried in a separate bag and I have another small cooler bag for bottles and an ice pack because there’s no way those things would fit in the bag either with my pump and necessities (due largely in part to the size and bulk of the Spectra pump—not the fault of the bag).I get so many compliments on the bag itself. Sometimes the golden zippers catch, and they’re not easy to unzip with one hand, but it truly is a beautiful bag. Durable, heavy duty material that can just be wiped clean. Looks very stylish and professional. People are always shocked when I tell them it’s a pumping bag.Anyway. I have been back to work since April 2019, so 10-11 months. I wear both straps because it’s too heavy on just one shoulder. However, the stitching was coming loose at the top of the bag, so I’ve been extra careful to not throw the straps on in a hurry, to try to prevent the stitching from ripping completely. Well, the other day as I was taking the backpack off at work, the strap finally broke. I have had to switch to a regular old backpack because I can’t carry this pump bag with one loosening shoulder strap, and it’s heavy and awkward to haul by the top handles. I’m so frustrated and disappointed, because I truly like this bag. It has met my needs well, and I was planning on using it for pumping after future maternity leave(s), but now I have to try to figure out if it can be repaired. Because the fabric is so thick and heavy, I think I will have to take it to an upholsterer, and I’m guessing that won’t be cheap. For an $80+ bag, I wish it had held up much longer, especially after gentle/normal use only 3-4 days a week. So frustrating.

This bag hits all the marks. I get comments on it all the time about how nice it looks! Holds all of my baby stuff and work stuff, also fits nicely under airplane seats (bonus!!). I had an issue with the strap detaching like many others, but their Customer service is UNMATCHED & sent me an entire new bag, no questions asked! Not sure about you, but good customer service evaporated since Covid in most scenarios…was so nice to be responded to quickly and issue addressed promptly. Highly recommend this bag & this brand.

Things I like: the material is very wipeable/easy to clean, having a separate area so I don’t have to go digging to the bottom of a bag to pull my pump out, lots of pockets to fit my wallet, keys and phone, looks professional/not like a diaper bag. Love that this can comfortably hold my ceres chill (not pictured) too, along with a spectra, elvie stride and manual pump.Things I don’t care for: was hoping it would be a teeny bit smaller so it felt more like a purse backpack and this is more like the size of a school backpack but that’s what allows it to hold a lot. I also was expecting there to be a more secure/firm divider between the area where the pump is and the rest of the items in the bag - sometimes when putting the pump back, you have to shuffle some things out of the way as they shift once the pump is removed. As a few others have mentioned, the zippers are a bit stiff/get caught on corners.Overall, I’m very happy to have this, as an exclusively pumping mom who was carrying a ton of separate bags and always forgetting things!!

EDIT: This company’s customer service is top notch. They took my review/concern seriously and sent me a replacement bag right away. I am hoping this new bag will hold up much better since it is so stylish and practical for all that I need in a pumping bag. Highly recommend this brand because this company truly stands behind the quality of their products.Original Review: I really wanted to love this bag. It’s super stylish and it’s big enough to carry all of my pump parts and cooler. I bought this for when I needed to return back to work after maternity leave. I only have to go into the office once a week, so I have only used this for a total of 4 times now. Unfortunately, it’s not holding up with very minimal use. The sharp metal is already poking through in the large compartment. Every zipper pull is either unraveling or coming apart.Will this bag get the job done? Yes. But for the price point I expected the quality to hold up more than a few uses. I’m super bummed because the few times I did use it, I received several compliments on it.

This bag is such a disappointment. Overall, it's a super cute bag and holds my large Spectra pump beautifully. The insulation inside the bag is great at keeping breast milk nice and cold too. I even got a ton of compliments on how stylish my pumping bag was from coworkers. It's such a shame that it falls apart so quickly. I started using my bag at the end of March 2022 when I returned to work after my maternity leave. A lot of influencers on social media recommended this bag for purchase so it was a no brainer- I bought it! This past Friday the zipper on one of the sides has completely fallen off making the bag useless after just 5 and a half months of use! I did notice that the zippers were super stiff when I got it in the mail but told myself it would be okay to use. I was wrong. Listen ladies, it's a cute bag- but it's not worth almost $100 for 5-6 months of use. There's no way I can return it either as it's past its refund/return window. Invest somewhere else!
