Q: Hi, do these do well if water hits them?

I haven't gotten mine wet yet , but by the way they are I would say as lng as you don't soak them in the water as like any wood they will be fine.

Q: We need to know the size of the hole and the size of the threading - why the secret? What size is the hole, please?

As you can see from the photo, the bead holes are random sizes. I wanted to put yarn through the holes. Could only use a loop of thread to bring the yarn though. You might get 1mm cord through but it will be a real chore in the smaller holes. Hope this helps you some.

Q: Are these beads lead free?

I believe so. They’re just wood and stain; however, I couldn’t say if the stain is lead-free.
