This is some great fresh dark bold coffee! I could tell when I opened the vacuum sealed bag, the aroma hit me, it was rich but subtle at the same time, smelled like it wouldn't be too bold, but once brewed (drip machine) it shocked me. It was bold, roasty, and chocolatey. Very smooth and goes well with cream or flavor creams, I tasted it black first, it was really great, for the price paid, I'm very satisfied, I just wish it was 3Lbs for a dollar more, that would be a great value.
