Poor Quality
Unfortunately upon opening the package, I found the massager to be damaged and broken in the corner along with what appeared to have burnt wiring coming out from the machine. Additionally, the strongest setting feels like nothing more than a slight vibration.

This is a 250 V
This product came with a 110v adapter on a 250v plug so it constantly disconnects from the outlet because of the, you guessed it, shaking! On top of that the power even on the highest setting is terribly weak.

Get this & love it.
I remember as a kid after a haircut my barber would use this on my head & neck it was the best feeling. I’m glad I found this on here I purchased it right away. This machine is awesome if you hate giving massages to your better half because your hands get tired lol get this & trust they will thank U.
