I ve been feeding my dogs Royal Canin for over a decade. I am sort of an unofficial animal rescue and I have 9 dogs right now. Every one of them has a story of some sort and came to me because it had no place to go. Different breeds and sizes.Royal Canin has different formulas for different sizes and even specific breeds. I was a little skeptical at first because of the high price and knowing that many companies advertise their product is the best but it’s not really true. I decided to try anyway by somebody’s recommendation and I swear by it after 12 or so years of feeding the dogs. I was asked by veterinarians many times how I keep the dogs in such good shape. I would like to take the credit but it’s not me, it’s the food. All I will take credit for is I work a lot to be able to buy it.It’s expensive but it’s worth every penny. Saves you on vet bills. You pay a little less on Amazon especially if sign up for repeat delivery. Check it out.

I’m not sure how healthy the ingredients are, however my dogs are quite healthy. What I really like about it is the large chunks. Dogs need to crush food with their teeth when they eat not just inhale tiny pieces. My dogs vets are always amazed at how clean there teeth are and their breath isnt terrible. I have large and very small dogs and I mix this food with another but they all pick the big chunks first. Hard to find sometimes, but worth the search.

We have 190lb Great Dane with an issue with his pancreas and stomach so we need to be able to get his food. Pet stores run out.

We rescued a Great Dane in December. His story is a pretty sad one, but ,he was at an anorexic weight when we got him. Along with alot of other things, we had to get his weight up. Our Vet recommended this. Boy what a difference it made ! After a good 3-5 months, he had started to gain a very healthy weight, his coat was SO shiny and pretty and he was filling out into the big strong boy we knew he was on the inside.We recently decided to try a cheaper food due to how expensive this is......and within only a few months of switching to regular grocery store food, he had lost 15 lbs. So we are back to this, permanently. It's worth EVERY healthy penny for Giant Breeds. My next Mastiff, I will also feed the same. Highly recommended.

My corso loves this food. The bag reveals to keep it fresh. It had ingredients that help his joints and he loves the big size kibble.

We have a two-year-old Great Dane - Freya. She's been using Royal Canin food throughout the stages since we brought her home. She has really loved the brand and the big kibble bits make it harder for her to eat her food fast, which is good for bloat prevention. We have tried lots of other puppy foods along the way, but the Royal Canin brand is her number one pick. It also is one of the few brands that don't upset her digestion or cause extreme amounts of gas. She also enjoys this stage of food, however, her favorite stage is still the junior dry food.This food gives her a very lustrous coat and she does appear to shed less when on this brand which is always a plus.I like that bag comes with a resealable top. It helps keep her food fresh longer.

This food is excellent. We adopted a Great Dane rescue in August who had been malnourished. Not only was he underweight he had lost much of his coat had dry flaky skin and was constantly itching. He was also very picky about food. I bought a few brands and he only eat Royal Canin. We began feeding him three times a day Royal Canine plus homemade wet food. He is now a healthy handsome boy.

tengo dos dogos de burdeos, con las croquetas normales para perro grande de royal canin me sucedia que a veces se las comen tan rapido que ni las mastican y al rato las devolvian. Con las giant la croqueta es tan gande que si le deben masticar para poder pasarsela, comen mas despacio y no andan devolviendo el estomago por tragones. :)
