These are the best. Like a soft cookie. The honey flavor is so good. Could be cheaper, a little pricey. I go thru a box a week.

Dave has made another great product (sorry, couldn't bring myself to do the pun). It's a chunky, dense square, think a really dense oatmeal cookie. It has a bit of sweetness and complex flavor with all of the different things they add in to bring up that protein and carb count.

Good but overpriced.

The flavor? Lovely, with just the right amount of sweetness for an adult palate. The texture? Enjoyable - soft, varied, with a satisfying bite. They're a bit pricey for me, but they're still worth it on occasion when I want to enjoy a relatively healthy treat in lunches - they're individually wrapped, so they're nicely portable.

These definitely taste more like health food than junk food, they aren't very sweet, and are extremely dense and tough. I can't speak to and don't care about the nutrition, but they definitely have a good amount of fiber, if that is what you want. Wouldn't buy these as a treat, but they are definitely filling and make a decent snack when you don't have time for a meal.

perfect blend of flavor and texture for a bar! not too soft and sweet as a Clif bar, not crunchy like Nature Valley bar ..... just the right density of chewy oats crushing between your teeth while the rest of the bar breaks down like a chewy cookies crumble! I'm hooked Dave give us more!

Tastes fine, just not worth the price

Ordered the two different varieties, the honey bar and the chocolate bar. Of the two, the honey bar appeals to me most but the other person in this household prefers the chocolate bar. So it's all a personal taste choice. The bars are a great between meal snack or to take on a hike. They're loaded with nutrition and live up to Dave's Killer Bread quality. I will be ordering more.
