Multi-uses for this
This product is wonderful! I believe this is my third bottle, second from Amazon, first was from an Italian Deli. Glaze can be used on so many different dishes to enhance flavors. I first used it on the wedge salad to engage the plate with the lettuce and dressing, ice cream - very different, but tasty, cottage cheese and mandarin orange combo drizzled with glaze - interesting, have tried many different meats, desserts, suggest you experiment; do not over use this product, it does not take much to get the flavor to surface. Amazing stuff
This is great stuff. One of my favorite desserts: Warm brownie, scoop of vanilla ice cream, squirt of Blaze Strawberry on top. Everybody loves it. When strawberries are in season, throw a few in as well for seriously amazing dessert.
