Never buy from this vendor
The vendor shipped a defective item as refurbished, even if the vendor gives free of cost, don't take. Within 3 months, the thin screen started falling off, the fan started making abnormal sound...horrible product. The 3rd party vendor who shipped the product thru' amazon is "Print IT World". There is no warranty support, there is no one (including Amazon) taking responsibility and accountability to get my laptop repaired, exchanged/refunded. Struggled for more than a week to raise more than 10 complaints with Amazon but worst service.

Keyboard defective
Some keys in the keyboard were not working. Contacted for repair. The service guy asked me the issue on phone and told me it can't be fixed. Trying to return it now.

The media could not be loaded. Quality not good, Performance not good, Battery life kind of okay but we have to charge maybe thrice according to usable, value for money no, I didn't click 4 itself automatically everywhere I was getting 4 defective. And slow performance if 16 gb and 512 gb also. Touchpad full slow. If anyone put this review I shouldn't order. Please if anyone buy if costly one.. Please put comments. It help others.
