Keep it Movin, Occasional Constipation Support,* Plum Berry - 30 Count

My autistic son was diagnosed with encopresis a couple years ago. We’ve worked really hard to find the right maintenance meds to keep him soft and regular, but every once in awhile he plateaus. Someone in an Encopresis group recommended this, so I ordered it right away! They claimed their kiddo had a pretty big bowel movement the same day. It comes in a huge package with ICE PACKS! Why?!!! It’s not supposed to be refrigerated, so maybe it’s to keep them from melting? I order Olly gummies all the time and have never seen them mailed this way (UPDATE: ordered a 2nd bottle & got more cold packs!). They’re not the yummiest gummy, but he likes them. Kind of has a prune-elderberry-grape flavor. They’re VERY firm and chewy like a super stale gummy, which I don’t love for his crown or wiggly teeth. But, he loves them so that’s all that matters (he has ARFID, so he’s really picky!). I noticed his BMs have gotten much bigger and softer finally! No “rock hard rabbit poops.” They’re almost….. normal?!!! He takes 1-2 in the morning and poops after dinner. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m afraid to give him them at night, in fear he’ll have to go at school. Occasionally he says he feels the urge to go in the afternoon. I’ll re-order! Just wish they gave you more than a couple weeks’ worth. UPDATE: We recently ran out and he didn’t go at his normal time. Ordered more and he’s back on track! Right now he takes these along with magnesium glycinate and probiotics. Just this product alone wouldn’t work on him. I highly recommend trying these if your kiddo struggles to have larger BMs, or has reached a stall with their other maintenance meds. UPDATE 2: I now swear by these. They work best when NOT taken daily. I give them to him maybe 2x/week now. It makes it easy for him to go, much like Exlax chocolates without the crazy, unstoppable urge. I’m happy to report my 5 year old autistic kiddo is finally pooping on the toilet!!!!!!! Thank you, olly! 👍🏼

When I received it, the package did not come with cold packs.. I read that in a previous review. The gummies were pretty decent in taste and easy to chew like the rest of my vitamins that I keep. I took the 2 as instructed as soon as I got them because I was off the next day and I wanted to be prepared for how effective it might be as a first timer. Took it at 8pm, had dinner and maybe an hour or so later I had a small movement. I also had caffeine and an oatmeal protein bar before getting home to receive this so fiber was also involved within a 3 hour window. For me, it kicked in by 7am. A gentle nudge to let you know that it's time, no stomach cramps or discomfort. It was smooth sailing actually. For the price, I pay more for the other vitamins I have and for the quantity, it says "as needed" so this should help a ton if ever I feel that way again. Lost 2lbs lol

Wow it actually taste very good it’s not too sweet and it’s not all stuck together in containers and process is more gentle on the stomach you don’t have to feel as if you are cramping before you go it’s able to help the body in gentle relief in two days time.

Not seeing the results expected.

I had gotten these gummies to help with some mild constipation after surgery. Needless to say , they did the job.

I really tried not to have to write such a bad review, but as someone who has worked in health tech, bringing FDA cleared OTC products to market, I feel like I need to. I ordered one bottle of this, used it, liked it because it was easy to use, gentle, and a decent value. I decided to order 3 more as my next order. They arrived and were neither usable nor, in my opinion, safe. The contents of all three bottles were a hard, stuck “one big glob” mess. It was not summer nor did they sit outside even in temperate weather. I opened one and it was truly not something anyone should try to take. There was a button indicating I could return it within 30 days, but when I tried to do that, it said it was not eligible for return. This does make some sense as it is a supplement/food. However, I reached out to the company multiple times and they did not respond to my refund request. It’s distressing to think that they want folks to keep and presumably take a clearly unsafe product. If it had been an FDA-regulated item I could have reported it, but it isn’t, so I am left with warning folks via a review that you may get a ruined/unsafe product and have no recourse.

This stuff is AMAZING! For years I've taken the stuff you can't taste in my coffee with limited results. You chew two of these gummies and within a few hours you're feeling so much better. They actually taste good (dare I say). I'm super picky too. I will NOT eat a date or drink prune juice and NO, I've never tried them either, but yuk. You won't regret buying this. I hope they never stop making this.
