New to install.
Was impressed with the looks and quality of seal. Took about an hour to install but was well worth the time. Was getting lots of dirt,bugs and water before. Now great seal no more worries. Happy to tell others of the of my purchase. Very happy no more gap

Seals but watch the sensor settings
Loved this for a replacement for our garage. Only issue we have is at closing, it is a little stiff which triggers the door to reopen. Easy fix to stop it by hitting our door module a second time as soon it starts to rise or getting the sensor adjusted.

Nice thick and solid
I had to take the brush parts off because they caught slightly on my door opening. Nice product overall. Will see if I can trim the brush part slightly. My opener kept panicking when the brush would hit door opening slightly. It was just enough to trip the excessive pressure fault, but only when my wife was closing the door 😆. Had her convinced she was crazy for a few days before I could really look at it.

Short rubber strip
Rubber strip was about 4inches to short needed to go to buy a new strip at Homedepot
