Password reset is not working
Password reset feature is not working even after I tried multiple attempts. Looks like some other reviews were also mentioned in this problem

Key pad combo stopped working
Had safe since June 2023. Worked great but, did not open a lot. Combo stopped working Aug. 2024. Tried to reset but, still does not work. Up side, the key still opens it. Would like to speak to someone about possible issues.
