Install. pamphlet says lamp cannot be opened and the bulbs cannot be replaced. I know LEDs last a long time but anyone have to replace and was able?

It does work without a dimmer not sure about replacement lights

Have two lights on same switch, one comes on night mode the other comes on as normal. Its like one is backwards. How do i fix that?

Reinstall the previously removed light (A) back into the circuit.
