If you are tall like me the lowest setting for the feet will bring your head off the back of the headboard when inverted. The head pad actually sits on my shoulder blades. This can cause a little discomfort. However when standing upright it does fit my size so guess as you lengthen your body it will naturally come off. At 16st It supports my weight perfectly and feel safe and relaxed in it. It has given me a lot of relief from the pain of sciatica and low back issues. Cons: Has a loose bolt that wont tighten in the underside. They should put a few extra in just in case. It's a big piece of kit.
