I bought a pair some time ago and I have been very satisfied with them so I decided to buy 2 more to have enough to have one pair on and another in laundry and one in the closet at all times ... these are now my go to trousers ... my order came in today as per schedule and in great condition

These were bought for an old man in a nursing home. Sending 4XLT instead of 4XL may not seem like a big deal, but IT IS when "simply shorten at your local tailor shop or cleaners" or "consider an inexpensive iron-on hem tape available at big box stores" is NOT an option. It is false advertising when the website does NOT say that you're going to be sending items that need to be tailored before wearing. It is false advertising when the tag on the individual bag says 4XL BIG and the contents are 4XLT and it's not "a packing mistake". They are good quality - that's why I chose Russell Athletics despite the price. They are unwearable for the person for whom they were purchased - that's why I won't order them again.
