Disappointing Service Experience with Bajaj Fan

The fan has been making noise since day one. I have been struggling to get it repaired under warranty for over a month now. Unfortunately, the service engineer has repeatedly closed the complaint without resolving the issue. This is extremely disappointing and not expected from a reputed brand like Bajaj. Kindly look into this and resolve the matter at the earliest.

Dear Amazon Team There was issue in capacitor cable, cable was touching rotor assambly, that is why fan made tic tic noise. Now it becomes ok. Fan made little noise, but overall OK. If anyone wants can go for it with price near 1300, in this range Orient fan are much more silent. Thanks with Regards Sanjeev Kumar
