Really cool!
Great chillow! I've had a few over the years! This one is just lovely and cool! I sleep with my head in it-I don't put it inside my pillowcase - much cooler this way!

Aids a good nights sleep
I sleep with two pillows and placed this between them and just turned the cold side of the pillow up whenever feeling hot again

It goes mouldy and gives of a terrible smell of feet
This does cool your skin for sure but after a while if sleeping on it my son said it smelt. I imagine bacteria has soaked inside it and it’s probably gone mouldy inside. The stench of feet 🦶🏻 a unreal and it hasn’t been anywhere near anyone’s feet! Will have to be thrown out.

DO NOT BUY.
Bought in June, used once, put it in an airtight bag. Opened it and discovered it is covered in mold.
