Came all scratched up

Very mixed on this purchase. Hon has always had a good quality product. The fit and finish on this one is no exception. Unfortunately they’ve decided to make removing drawers very difficult (see you tube) which seems very odd. They offer very little in the way of instructions and so far request from their web site have been unproductive.Delivery of this product was a complete cluster. After waiting 3 weeks I received a notice that the cabinet was damaged in the delivery process before it made it to my door. So had to order another and wait 3 more weeks. When you order you pick a delivery time. 2 days before delivery I received a cryptic message about a schedule change - there was no reference to my order number or product. I felt it was a scam. 1 day before delivery Amazon confirmed my delivery for the original day. Later that day I got another email stating my delivery was scheduled for 4:30-7:30 later that day. They delivered it at 3:30. Thankfully someone was home. They also left a pallet in our driveway.It’s nice to have a delivery early (certainly not the norm) but we were lucky to have someone home. I will buy this differently next time and consider other products than HON.

Arrived on time with lift gate residential service. No dents or dings. Great product. Quality that will last. And good price.

I just unpacked my file cabinet and am happy to say that it is in perfect condition. The drawers slide well and the lock work perfectly. No dents or scratches. When it was delivered, it was packed well. That is why I gave it 5 stars. What wasn't so great is we weren't given more precise delivery information, only before 8pm in the evening. We weren't home when it was delivered. It was sitting on a sidewalk next to my porch where someone could have easily been stolen it but thank God it didn't.

This was my "second" choice, the first from another provider arrived trashed and not assembled. This came in beautifully intact and works perfectly. Costs a few extra dollars - but very much worth it.

The size and function are good. BUT the lock comes out every so often (I figured out how to put it back in) and no one can get a replacement.

Poor quality, poor packaging, both damaged, do not buy. I used to work at an office furniture / installation store and believe that HON has great quality. However, this series was extremely cheap, very poor packaging, and dents all over the filing cabinets. One cabinet arrived in a condition in which all the fronts of the drawers were bent inwards and one corner was also bent inwards so no drawers could even be opened. On top of this, the seller is terrible to deal with related to returns and getting refunded.
