The buttons are a bit stiff, but they work well (maybe they'll soften in time). I've been using it for a week or so, making sure all was good before leaving a review. The screen protector that belongs with it comes completely off, which facilitates use of the phone, but also apparently tends to lead to loss of the screen protector. I guess the vendor consequently sold a lot of screen protectors because of such losses. If you still have a screen protector that fits this item, I highly recommend it.
