Do not bother paying £20 extra for the pürscale. I was stupid to pay for it. It's overpriced for what is only a small piece of molded metal... a scoop! Should come free with the shilajit considering the price you're paying. Can't comment yet on the benefits of taking this daily as it's too soon to say. I will update my review once I have taken it for a few weeks.

I take it either before a workout or just before I sleep at night. I become a beast in the gym and I feel so refreshed in the morning even if I do not get my usual hours of sleep in. A little bit of the resin goes a really long way and I find it works best if dissolved under the tongue (if you're hardcore enough to handle the taste). You can take other supplements in during this break like good quality full spectrum hemp oil, he shou wu, or a medicinal mushroom tincture to keep your body ticking over. Bought this item after reading reviews on here.....i work night shifts so I was hoping this would give me a lift in some way. I felt no benefit whatsoever, in my opinion, it was just a waste of my hard earned money.

I have been in the IT industry for 20 years, mentally it can be very draining. I've noticed the last couple of years that I have not been feeling myself. Very run down, stressed more easily that usual, restless but tired, constantly gaining and losing water weight, chronic upper back pain and the list goes on. I eat very healthy and exercise every day so trying to identify the root cause and fix to the issue has been challenging. My wife recently sent me an excerpt from a book about adrenal fatigue, looks like that might be it, have almost all the symptoms. Started researching some supplements for this and came across PurBlack shilajit. There have been many independent positive studies done on shilajit across a broad spectrum of health issues. So I thought I'd give it a try. I am almost a week in and I have already noticed some changes, the first immediate effect I noticed was that upon taking my PurBlack in the morning I feel much more energised and lucid. Less tired & foggy. I have also interestingly noticed that I am drinking *less* fluids which made me realise I have been drinking far more water than my body needs. It's early in the process but I feel positive about PurBlack being an effective part of my recovery. Just to note I was about to buy almost $150 in various other supplements for adrenal fatigue before I came across PurBlack, many of them containing basic supplements I already had (B&C etc.). While this does seem like a lot to spend on a single product, it's actually not. Before this I would drink other fulvic/humic acid alkaline (black water) products every week. Minus the positive savings of not needing additional supplements, PurBlack works out to be a fraction of the price of continuing to take these black waters, plus I get the added benefits and quality of PurBlack. Check out their site, it's extremely comprehensive, one of the few that sites numerous studies from various sources. Also want to mention that I had a minor mix-up with my product when originally ordered. I wrote a note to PurBlack support and heard back from them almost immediately willing to fix the error. Support like this is really rare these days, I seldom expect anyone to get back to me at all anymore, let alone multiple times with a few day span. Because I've only used the product for a week I can only give it 4 stars, however the support easily bumps this up to a full 5. Will report back in a month to update.

First of all, I've taken Shilajit now for perhaps a year. I've done the background research so that I might understand how and why it works. And why today it may benefit just about everyone. The human body needs a variety of trace minerals for things like cell repair, bone marrow replacement, brain chemistry and brain function and countless other things of which science is still getting an understanding. We used to get those through our food. But the same land has been farmed - intensely farmed - for generations now. Those micro-nutrients used to be in the ground in abundance. Not only would I say that Shilajit helps my body more than anything else I take for health, I'd say it does more than everything else put together. In the final analysis, as another reviewer has very well said, "We're our own guinea pigs." You'll have to try for yourself to see if it works for you. But I will say this. Everyone I know who takes Shilajit has become a living testimony for its benefits. Some folks seem to experience a change within 24 hours. as soon as my parents started consuming this product thrice a week, there was a rapid increase in energy, they are able to walk 3-4 kms a day, full of energy , most important ,, positivity in thinking,, is appreciable. By the way both are 74+.....

My husband bought this for his father in Jamaica, he says it does the job.
