The gel sticks like napalm and burns like napalm.Don't let the blue flame fool you as this is not some low temperature meths type compound. I use this to light my wood burning stove at home and even with a small amount squeezed onto large split logs it will get the fire going easily with no need for kindling.I was so impressed I bought some of the gel in smaller containers for outdoor use as it will light with a spark - excellent for getting lots of heat very quickly and the fact it can be used as an antiseptic hand cleaner is a bonus too as long as you don't wash your hands anywhere a naked flame or spark....

Great product and will last me ages! I have the fire dragon stove and i use it for when i go fishing to boil my kettle or cook me a sandwich if i want one and it does the job perfectly. I will also be using this when i go camping as i'm really happy with it, i actually find this a lot better than the solid fuel tablets what i used to use before i got a fire dragon stove.The fluid burns really hot and very clean, no smoke at all. It also burns for a long time, i filled up the tray and boiled 3 kettles of water off one tray so i can't complain. Very good product and when i need some more i will 100% be back.Hope this helps.

Burns really quickly

Great burn whatever the weather, beats hexi to a stand still in the field.

This is amazing stuff, easy to light, easy to transport and so flexible - if your water isn't quite hot enough just squeeze a bit more fuel on

easily takes a firesteel to ignite, the gel is quite gloopy and although it says there is minimal soot deposit I beg to differ after my crusader cup was smoked black. the burn times are never going to be as good or convenient as a gas stove but if you know how to keep the wind away then this is simplistic and bomb proof cooking especially with the cheap stove bcb are knocking out for around £5.
