The top plate was difficult to fit down over the receptacles. Not a big issue as the covers remain open most of the time.

This outlet met my needs nicely; I'm using it in my sewing room. The brass cover looks great. My son, who is an electrician, had a little bit of trouble getting the brass cover to fit flush to the floor. After chiseling didn't work, he finally did away with the outer metal that surrounded the outlets. The "ears" on these were thick and kept the plate from fitting snug against the floor. This solved the problem, the plate fits nice and flush, and looks really nice.

Brass cover does not fit properly over the sockets. Have to modify, i.e. files brass holes. For the price it sucks!

Great concept! Unfortunately we had some trouble getting all the pieces to fit together at final installation. We were installing in 1" hardwood. After assembly it worked perfectly. No complaints 6 months later.

Good small flush fit box for hardwood floors. The edges of the cover plate have a slight bevel to them, so if you want a flush fit with no gap you will need to flatten the edge down with a belt sander. Our floors had a small bevel between boards, so we took off about 1/2 the bevel on the plate. This cover plate was the smallest we could find and didn't require purchasing more plates/rings/adapters.

I received my electrical box very quickly after ordering. Everything was there, and no shipping damages. The installation went smoothly as their are adjustments built in for out of level or different height flooring. The brass finish is perfect and I am very happy I bought this product.

We just installed character grade white oak floors. There was a floor outlet that had plastic covers. They looked so cheap! These really give the floors the "class" they deserve.

Great company to do business with I would us them again if prices remain low. This was after a long surcharge for best price. Great quality.
