As the father of an immune compromised daughter in the time of pandemics I love these. But they are dangerous. We affectionately call ours "danger bulbs".From experience I can tell you:using both at once, exposure of just a minute will give you the worst sunburn of your life. But in a day or two. not immediately.30 minutes will kill your house plants.buy a timer with a remote and you only need one bulb and 15 minutes to sterilize a good sized room.It says no ozone but I still smell it so air out the room afterwards.Sometimes I wonder how legal these things should be.Finally, be aware the bulbs shift spectrum with use so they'll become ineffective way before they burn out.

All 4 came fully functional. I verified them with a UVC meter. Verified that they didn't produce ozone (ozone wavelength well blocked by the bulb coating). The only point to note is that when turned on from cold, it takes the bulb 50-60 seconds to reach its full output. But then, if turn it off and back on, the full output is immediately available.

I didn't know if touching the bulb would harm it, so I only touched the plastic part.I also did spend extra money on the lamp. I have tons of those. I put it in a metal one, connected it to an alexa socket and used that to turn it off and on, it worked flawlessly.I can't say if this is working. I've got some mold that I'm treating with vinegar, an ozone machine, and this. All kill mold so I'll never know if one worked better than the other.One of the things that surprised me was how dim the light was. I just checked for a second if it was working and could barely tell it was on, then again it's UV, so....I left it on for 2 hours after a vinegar application and wow, the room smelled after that. I don't mind the ozone, I just didn't choose that bulb because I have the machine and wanted to use them at different times. Only have the bulbs on for up to 20 minutes at a timeI love these lights. They’re amazing. They do a great job.

Everyone should have these for every room of their home

bought this 2 pack of "uv" bulbs in April it's now June. The 1st bulb lasted about 2 months and burned out and I do mean burnt out the bulb turned black like it was chard. I took it out of the lamp and put the 2nd bulb in and it is just a white bulb there's NO uv, no blue light. Total waste of money. I do not recommend & I will not buy this brand again.

For the record, I am reviewing: BAIMNOCM 2 Pack UV Light Bulb with Ozone 25 Watt UVC Bulb 185nm/254nm E26 2 CountI purchased a 15 watt UVC bulb back at the beginning of the Covid Pandemic. My husband works at the VA and he sees a lot of sick patients. Some of them would lie and say that they did not have a fever or cough just so that they could get their appointment completed as they were having to wait for a long time, at that time, for an appointment. We instituted an isolation and decontamination policy for home that included him going directly to the garage after work, undressing and putting his clothes into the washer. He then put all his other items, like keys, wallet, badges, and such into a box and we set that just under the 15 watt light bulb that we would turn on for 15 minutes to decontaminate everything. Then he would go and take a shower and put on fresh clothes. It worked. neither of us has ever had covid, our vigilance worked.He got sick with this flu that is going around and it turned into pneumonia and sepsis. We isolated him in one bedroom and put the 25 watt UVC light bulb in the bathroom. After he uses the bathroom we turn the bulb on and shut the door. After 30 minutes the room is sterilized. When you open the door the smell of ozone is present. That means it is CLEAN. Ozone is a good thing. But you have to air out the room before entering. So far, three weeks now I have been safe and not gotten sick, and I usually get anything that he gets and brings home. I credit the UVC light and our isolation procedures. For anyone that is concerned with the number and type of bugs going around, I would HIGHLY recommend these bulbs. They are powerful enough to clean a 10x12 room within 30 minutes or less. Just do not look at the light when it is on.
