Terrible product, quality revealed after return window closed
The products were delivered on the 10th of October, 2023, and one jug has been in use since then. The return window closed on the 20th of October. Today, on the 30th we find that water is slowly leaking through tiny pores on the underside. Looking inside, we find rust developing on the insides, and shown in the pictures shared.It is exasperating and utterly disgusting to find such low quality materials being sold at pretty high prices on a reputed platform such as Amazon. It is expected that the platform will have products meeting a basic standard. The manufacturer and Amazon are essentially cheating customers by fraudulently selling low quality products which reveal their true colours immediately after the return window closes.On contacting Amazon, we were told that the manufacturer will contact us in 48hrs. It seems unlikely that that would resolve any bit of this mess they've created. Buyers, please be cautious of this fraudulent manufacturer.
