Work quickly and budget friendly
Value for money:I choose this brand because it's cheaper than store brands typically. I have this on a subscription. Which saves me even more money. I have to have them daily due to slow motility issues of intestines. They are budget friendly, work great for daily use and easy on the stomach. And they work quickly.

Gentle but effective!
This product really helps with occasional constipation without causing cramps or discomfort. I take it at night and by the next morning everything feels back to normal.It works best when I also drink plenty of water and eat fiber. I love that it’s natural and easy on my stomach. Definitely a staple in my medicine cabinet!

Be near a toilet!
I gave it 3 stars because it works. Definitely make sure you are near a toilet! Took away 2 stars because it's definitely not gentle and caused the worst cramping and gas pain I've ever experienced.

They work
These bad boys do work but take them in the smallest dose possible because I decided to wing it and took three and oh my god I thought I was going to die, even shoot myself a bit. 10/10
