Great Suitcase but Not as good as the older Swiss Gears
I have had a Swiss Gear suitcase for several years, but my wife loved it's look and convenience so much that she "appropriated" it from me, so I was forced to obtain another. This case is generally the same as my original, but not quite the same quality. Swiss gear has cut some corners, but it is still a great case and will serve me well.

Product Review
I purchased this suitcase 13 months ago. For the first 12 months it has functioned well or at least as expected. Currently, the handle will no longer disengange. I cannot recommend this for purchase as it lasted barely over a year. Save your money.

High quality. Love this purchase
I bought this for my husband for a recent trip to Nashville. We got the matching personal item backpack it fit All specifications for Southwest Airlines as the carry-on and exceeded our expectations in regards to its quality style and ease of use. Highly recommend this product.

Packing away
Used it on our Europe trip last year. Easy to handle and holds a lot

Failed in less than 8 months
Lasted less than 8 months with the wheels becoming difficult to move and the telescopic handle failing. I travel twice a week so it is a lot but I never check it in, so it is failure due to use and not mishandling. Swissgear did not want to provide a refund, only a replacement (which I didn’t accept as it is not durable). I did not like their warranty handling also, you need to send pictures, videos and they asked for additional pictures with the labels torn off the luggage. Not sure why so many hoops, I do not recommend this one.

Defective product
This product is defective. Used it once and it broke in 2 spots. Hoping Amazon has service/product guarantee.

Sending a used luggage, when I ordered and paid for a new luggage not a used one.
Very very bad packaging, looks like I received a used luggage, very disappointed and disgusted with this company. Never never again will buy anything from the Swiss Gear, very bad company.
