Lovely bag and big enough size perfect for everyday use and the colour off the bag is lovely to.Only thing the inside pocket was coming off but not a bag deal to be honest. Everything else is great.

lovely, but zip has broken after only 1 month.
Lovely bag, however the zip has broken - came off completely and I can't fix it. As i'm outside of the 30 days return window (by one day), Amazon rather than the seller have offered to refund me.

Bought as a birthday gift for my grandaughter she loves it

Poor quality
Had the bag a few weeks and noticed the quality is quite poor. The back has already wrinkled in the back after a few weeks of use and the bag arm handle isn't strong, the clip regularly comes lose.
