Great product
Got this as a birthday gift for my son so he could listen to his audiobooks.He absolutely loves it and also uses it to listen to music.Read some reviews that said it didn't work with UK accounts but we had no problems with that.

ONLY WORKED FOR 6 MONTHS.
Worked for only 6 months, then wifi won't work. Contacted the seller who told me to do a hard reset, which didn't resolve the wifi issue and also wiped the spotify app.This was bought as a Christmas present for my son, who uses it to listen to music to calm him when he is nervous, especially during car journeys. He was delighted with it, but is now devastated as all of a sudden it has stopped working!

Good DAP
Sound quality is decent, volume is not very loud, was listening constantly at maximum.It has some good installed apps, works well with the audiobooks, that was the main reason for purchaseBattery life could be better.

Failed to work after 2 days - avoid.
This product failed to work after 2 days. I emailed support, they advised to reset the device, when that did not workd, they sent me an email saying they would replace the item.They never did, A waste of money.Device is a brick.

Stopped charging within 6 month
Bought as a Christmas present for a child, trying to keep them off smart phones. Died within 6 months, now won't charge or turn on at all. Waste of money and a disappointed child.

Rubbish
Absolute rubbish. Simply does not work. Very disappointed grandchild on Christmas day. Amazon should not be selling such diabolical trash as this for its customers.

USA apps installed . Didn't recognise my UK accounts . WiFi kept disconnecting- generally not what it claims to be
