Two are separately on the two vertical bars, and two are separately on the bars frame which is stick with suction cup. Q: what are the inner dimensions of the plate basket?

the plate basket inner measurements are 11 1/2" long by 10 1/2" wide by 3" deep. I don't use plastic type plates. Just glass and stainless drinkware. The baskets won't hold a lot of weight. Wouldn't recommend heavy pots and pans. There is a width adjustment for single or double sinks. And, you can adjust the height low or taller.
