We grow a wide range of traditional English fruits and use them to make conserves, condiments, and other treats in our factory by the farm. Fruit crops include strawberries, raspberries, mulberries, cherries, rhubarb, damson, quince, and the curious medlar. Every member of staff is part of our share ownership scheme, giving each a keen interest in the future of the business.
