I loved it for a couple months but it’s already broken and not usable for me anymore. I expected more durability. However I reached out to RS support via email and they replied insanely fast. Asked for a video of the issues and already issued a replacement which is on the way. It took me less than 5 minutes. They have a 2 year warranty even though you can’t return it via Amazon. Every time I buy one of these cables, I'm hopeful--and every time, I'm disappointed. 3 of these cables broke within the first week. The iPhone/micro-USB combination doesn't work most of the time. Great idea, but poorly executed. But, even the USB-C plug doesn't work well. Its connection is unstable, so you'll constantly hear your phone (or whatever device) beeping. But if your device has no audible alarm and it disconnects, you're just screwed.

Got this one after buying the short one a few months ago. This is a very steady and stiff cable so no chance you will get any cable ties. The moving head unfortunate is a little too fragile and got disconnected. Not a major problem because you can hook it back but now it comes off even more easily. Nevertheless I think their design is ingenious and it saves me space and trouble with taking every type of cable with me

As a minimalist, one bag traveler, I was looking for a solution to carrying multiple cords for my various tech devices. This seemed like a good solution, a nice long cord durable with multiple adapters on each end. I recently took this on a 10 day trip to Alaska, and it was the only cord I needed. I was able to charge via USB & USB-C & lightning. And the micro USB tip is in the lightning adapter, I had never seen that before and it worked fine. The case was a little bulky for me so I didn’t use it when traveling. The only con I had was the Velcro strap to tie it all together kept getting in my way and sticking to the carpet. But that could just be a me problem. I really liked the way the ends clipped together via magnet and had a plastic cover to keep all of the ends safe and protected. I would definitely recommend as part of your every day tech kit. If you’re looking for an adapter, this one has it all. * Side note: I did try this cable with my MacBook Pro, even though I don’t typically travel with it, and did charge it. Personally, I would not use it as my main charging cable for my MacBook Pro, but in a pinch it worked.

Worked great at first, but after only a couple months of use the lightning connector is very wobbly in my devices and only charges if I leave it positioned a certain way. If I move the phone it will stop charging. My phone has also started to show "slow charger" when I use this cable and it takes several hours to fully charge the device. I wanted to like this cable, and the bones are there, but for how much it costs it shouldn't be breaking two months in.

I've updated the rating from a 1 to a 3. The company saw this review and offered a full refund. A company that will stand by its product in this day and age is really important. I still can't stsnd by this particular product but if they release a new one (and / or can explain why this one was so finicky) I'll come back to this company. I should add that it's possible I just got a bad one. I've heard no complaints from the person I gave the charger to. And their previous products have worked flawlessly for me. --- I've been a supporter of this company since their first kickstarter. My keychain InTouch came in super handy over the years and lasted for a long time. So much so that I bought fife more as christmas gifts when they went on sale. I decided to upgrade to this charger (again buying more than one and using the second as a Christmas gift). Well ... it's just not up to snuff. It's so hit or miss as to whether or not it will charge that it's become useless. Let me explain. I'm a big weekend traveler. As such, it's pretty important to winnow down my travel supplies. This cable was supposed to be the solution to bringing multiple cables. It wasn't. It failed to charge several times in different locations with different devices. I can't believe I paid what I did for this cable (2x) when it's now been replaced with a $9 dirt cheap version. To be fair, the cable is sturdy and very well made. But, who cares if the thing doesn't work 1/2 of the time. I'll never buy another one and that's saying something. I'll also add I have not contacted the company about the problem so there is a chance that they would've / will fix it. I still think that for the price of this cable, I shouldn't have to borrow my travel companions' cords on 3 different trips. When it works, it does work though so congratulations to them for delivering power from a wall to a phone/tablet/speaker nearly half the time.

UPDATE: I was impressed by the exceptional customer support of this company. After the review, I left, the company contacted me to offer a refund. But as I have already said, I loved the product, so I asked for a replacement. And they obliged me by sending a new cable! Yeah! --------- When I saw this product, I knew that it was the solution to carrying a lot of chargers for my apple devices. Although a bit pricey, I LOVED it. For 6 months, it was great. But afterwards, the cable has issues. It is not very reliable for charging and the detachable edges are so loose that they keep falling off the cable. One of these days, they will get lost. Very clever and useful product, but not very durable. For the price, I had better expectations.

Very much disappointed with the seller USA warehouse, as they gave me a used product where items from the package are missing. I even asked for a replacement. Otherwise nothing wrong with the product in itself. My suggestion will be to avoid seller USA warehouse

AGGIORNAMENTO 2025 15 GENNAIO. Nonostante l'azienda abbia provveduto a cambiarmi oramai una volta il cavo, l'azienda ha provveduto ad effettuarmi un rimborso completo del prodotto. Ottimo servizio post assistenza da parte di Rolling square. Cercavo da tempo, un cavo che potesse sostituire tutti i cavi che avessi, specialmente in viaggio. Siccome ho ancora dispositivi che richiedono il micro USB, e siccome ho ancora prodotti Apple che usano lightning, avevo bisogno di un cavo resistente e duraturo, che potesse caricare tutti i miei dispositivi. Pensavo di aver trovato il cavo perfetto con questo della Rolling Square. Il prezzo è alto (Io l'ho pagato 34.90 euro a gennaio 2024). Ma la qualità si paga. Allora ho deciso di fare l'ordine. Prodotto arrivato in una confezione morbida che fa anche da custodia, il cavo presenta due estremità entrambi type C con un becuccio da una parte USB di tipo A, dall'altra Lightning e microusb tutto nella stessa porta. Il prodotto ha rispettato all'inizio, tutte le mie aspettative. Però dopo pochi mesi, uno dei due adattatori, non rimaneva più fissa e cadeva. Ho contattato l'assistenza e hanno provveduto a cambiarmi il cavo con un altro. Bene, andiamo con il secondo, speriamo che vada meglio. E per un po' di mesi è andato così. Purtroppo alla fine dopo pochi mesi anche dal secondo, di nuovo problemi all'adattatore, questa volta dalla parte lightning e microusb. Non carica più nessuno tipo di dispositivo, che sia Apple o il mio mouse, anche se si inserisce, la corrente non passa. Molto deluso dal fatto che in un anno nemmeno, ho dovuto già cambiarlo e ora al secondo, l'adattatore non vada più. La mia ricerca del cavo perfetto continua. Da notare che comunque il cavo in se, come cavo USB C, è ottimo, molto resistente e la forma piatta ne agevola l'arrotolamento. Però pagare un cavo solo di tipo C a tipo C a 34.90 euro un po' tanto. Ad un terzo del prezzo si trovano cavi qualitativamente alti.
