WARM AND COMFY
The most comfortable and warmest blanket I have ever felt. It feels like sleeping with a heater in the best way possible. Cord blinks on & off if I touch it. Very disappointed
Soft, easy to use...but problem with the cord & still waiting for a replacement.One star because of time it's taken to replace plug. I tried scanning QR code for help, but site is dead. Then I looked up name; only to find company (Homemate) is owned or division of Amazon. Poor customer service for simple problem. I offered to buy a replacement cord & rep said they didn't have price- they sent a email on my behalf. (Waist of time)
