how do i know witch size to buy

its not easy as there is no size guide to work from but if you have a small face then go for the small size, a average face then go for medium or a large then go for a large, most people find the medium size fits.

will this work well for cycle commuting in polluted cities? if so, which filter would I get?

Of the four masks I have used the 3M has been the best sealing and most comfortable for long periods. The filters used have been 6035 for woodwork, 6059 for spraying cellulose and have found both satisfactory. For your specific use I would ask 3M for their recommendation. Regards James

HiNo, this has Other Applications.VapursDustAsbestosThing is, this is an American Rated Mask. so finding the Filters cheap is hard.US use P1XXEU use P1/2/3Rating, I found this out later on..That being said, this mask feels comfy and fits great, so I may stick with this one if I can find the Filters.Thanks.
