I've been taking L-Theanine every morning on an empty stomach, and it's been a great experience. It's very gentle on the stomach and doesn't make me feel sick at all. I’ve noticed a nice boost in the mornings, less brain fog, and better focus and concentration throughout the day. As someone with ADHD who doesn’t take prescription medication, this has been a really helpful option. It genuinely works for me, and I highly recommend it!
